Our Service Charter is the social contract we have with our client and covers the framework, guidelines, processes and methodology for the conduct of business between us and them. It highlights the expectations and demand of the Corporation from its clients as well as timelines for effective service delivery to those clients.
The clientele of the Corporation include:

Akwa Ibom State Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies
The Organized Private Sector (OPS) in the State
Development finance institutions within and outside the country
Banks and other financial institutions
State Owned Enterprises (SOE's)
The Corporation is committed to the following:
‐ To effectively perform its statutory functions, in a timely, honest, fair, transparent manner;
‐ To preserve the privacy and dignity of our clients;
‐ To appraise and evaluate all investments proposals submitted to the Corporation promptly;
‐ To provide professional advice on all investment cases referred to it by Government;
‐ To undertake economic and investment studies of the State in collaboration with other relevant Agencies;
‐ To conduct at least one capacity building programme for the private sector per quarter;
‐ To attend to all requests for investment advisory services promptly;
‐ To assist potential investors to acquire land for their projects.
